LankaCom a subsidiary of Singapore Telecom, is a Joint Venture between Singapore Telecom International and Capital Development and Investment Company – a subsidiary of the National Development Bank of Sri Lanka. LankaCom is the pioneer in providing Data Communication and Internet Services in Sri Lanka. They are proud to have received the first Telecommunication Operator License (License No 1), upon liberalization of the Telecommunication Sector in Sri Lanka in 1991.
